Orientation

For the teacher training orientation, you may want to cover the following points:

1. We start by welcoming all participants and introducing our facilitators.

2. Schedule Overview: Provide an overview of the retreat schedule, including yoga sessions, meditation, meals, free time, and any other activities planned.

3. Facilities: Briefly introduce accommodation, yoga spaces, dining areas, and any other facilities available.

4. Rules and Guidelines: Outline any rules or guidelines for the teacher training, such as respecting others' space, being on time for sessions, and any other important information.

5. Health and Safety: Emphasize the importance of listening to your body during yoga sessions, staying hydrated, and any safety precautions to be aware of.

6. Introductions: Give participants the opportunity to introduce themselves and share a bit about their yoga experience or what they hope to gain from the retreat.

7. Q&A: Encourage participants to ask any questions they may have about the retreat schedule, activities, or any other concerns.

8. Closing: End the orientation by expressing your excitement for the retreat and reminding participants of any upcoming activities or sessions.

If you are just looking to advance your knowledge and develop a home practice, his unique asana methodology designed to facilitate bodily openness. Focusing on mind, body, and spirit.

With his approach to meditation during asana practice we will have the space to discover a deeper self and yoga practice. 


With 2 Yoga classes a day with the Curriculum consisting of:

  • Deepak's philosophy and knowledge
  • Dialogue Workbook
  • Dive into the science behind the postures 
  • Practice Teaching the method 
  • Guided meditation
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
  • Orientation, 22 yoga classes, dialogue workbook, philosophy lecture, posture clinic, lead meditations, teacher practice time.


  • Breakfast, coffee, tea, snacks, dinners (vegan options available).

  • Accommodations in dorm style bunk house include:


  • Bed, pillow, linens, and towels. (mats and mat towels are available)


  • Laundry available for yoga clothes and towels only.
