Deepak Yogkul Retreat
Deepak will guide us through his unique asana methodology designed to facilitate bodily openness. Focusing on mind, body, and spirit. With his approach to meditaion during asana practice we will have the space to discover a deeper self and yoga practice. Each morning begins with the essential practices of pranayama and kriyas, guiding participants to harness the power of breath and purify their energy channels. Deepak will share his pholosophy knowlage and dive into the science behind the postures. This will be a special all inclusive 4 day retreat to bring together our community at Peak Yoga Ranch.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Orientation, 6 yoga classes, philosophy lecture, posture clinc, lead meditations.
- Breakfast, coffee, tea, smooties and snacks, dinners (vegan options available).

- Accommodations in dorm style bunk house include:
- Bed, pillow, linens, and towles. (mats and mat towels are available)
- Laudry available for yoga clothes and towles only.
