Michel Quintana
I grew up in Lake Tahoe and have been in Florida for the last 20 years. I recently relocated to Huntsville to grow a yoga community.
Yoga has been a large part of my life for most all of it. I won’t age myself just yet, lol.
I first discovered Bikram yoga while living in San Fransisco in my early 20’s and was hooked. I practiced almost every day and even while recovering from serious surgery’s. I finally had the opportunity in 2015 to attend Bikram Teacher Training in Thailand and at the same time bought my home town Bikram studio. From then on I have been on a long learning journey. I have since done Tony Sanchez beyond 26&2 TT, Aerial TT, 200hr. Ashtanga YTT, E84 TT, and many Jedi training weeks. I have learned the most by teaching, practicing and experiencing first hand injuries that taught me safe practices, techniques and modifications. My relationship with yoga is deep, intimate and truly passionate. I am so grateful to live the yoga life and am excited for the opportunity to share it with you.
