Be the change
Before I started Bikram yoga I suffered from obesity, depression, digestive issues, hypothyroidism, low self esteem, low self confidence and had no direction or purpose. In 2011, Bikram yoga found me and I have never looked back. My first class was painful, humbling, hot, sweaty and hard but something was ignited in me. I am reminded each time I walk into the hot room and step on my mat of how far I have come and I am no longer afraid. I am in my mid-40s and in the best shape of my life. I went to Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and I have been teaching full time and traveling all over the country. I am blessed to have the opportunity, to help so many people.
